Mr. Oyeleye Ilesanmi has been a contractor for Global since 2006. Unfortunately, things don't always run smoothly and cleaning contracts can change or terminate. It is then our job to make sure that our contractors are kept informed and that we handle the situation as sympathetically as posible.
Mr Ilesanmi was in just such a position but our excellent handling of the situation meant he was kept informed and was not financially disadvantaged.
Mr Ilesanmi has written to Global's Managing Director, Richard Luckman, thanking him for the service he received. The letter is reproduced below:
